Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this particular Program you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You should have completed at least 12 years of general education or have taken the Year 12 national/international examination in the year of application.
• All Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are required to fulfill the MTL requirement for admission into full-time publicly-funded undergraduate programs in the universities.
• Submission of either IELTS, TOEFL, SAT (previously known as SAT Reasoning Test or SAT 1), Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) or ACT scores is compulsory for applicants who are presenting qualifications where English is not the medium of instruction.
